Private Class
The one-on-one practice caters to your needs. Based on your physical and emotional state of the day, I can tailor the practice to your needs.
$100 per session (60 minutes).
10 sessions for $900.
24-hour cancellation policy.
Semi-Private Class
The small group practice for you and your loved ones. Based on your physical and emotional state of the day, I can tailor the practice to your needs.
$120 per session (60 minutes).
10 sessions for $1000.
24-hour cancellation policy.
Corporate Program
A group program to support the well-being of your employees. I visit your company or offer the practice via Zoom. I guide practice for posture improvement, stress-reduction/
$180 per session (45 minutes)
10 sessions for $1500.
